NEW YORK (Dagbladet): The comedian was found dead in a hotel room in Florida. This was first reported by the site TMZ and then confirmed by the police.
Earlier today, officers were called to the Ritz-Carlton Orlando after a report of an unconscious man in a hotel room. The man has been identified as Robert Saget and was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators found no evidence of any criminal or drug use in this case, the sheriff’s office in Orange County wrote on Twitter.
The sheriff also states that the cause of death will be investigated by a forensic pathologist.

The saw is best known for its role as Danny Tanner in the TV series “Full House” (“Under the same roof” in Norwegian) in the 1980s and 90s. He has also had great success as a stand-up comedian. The saw was 65 years old.
Recently, Saget has been on tour and he performed in Jacksonville, Florida on Saturday night.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who shared the role of Michelle Tanner in the series, have commented on Saget’s passing to People.
