Ski accident with injured child

On February 13th, 2022, around 10:00 a.m., there was a fire on the Feldberg accident between a 52-year-old female skier and an 8-year-old snowboarder.
In the presence of his father, the boy was skiing down the slope in the area of the indicator cable car when a skier coming from the right crossed their lane. The skier managed to avoid the father, but then collided with the 8-year-old son.
He was seriously injured, but not life-threatening, and had to be treated by the mountain rescue team who had been called. After receiving first aid, the child was taken to a nearby hospital.
The Titisee-Neustadt police station has started the investigation and is asking witnesses who can provide relevant information to call 07651/93360.
