From today, Saturday 29 October 2022, around 20:30, a fire has occurred in the premises of an industrial company in the industrial area of Muellheim. The building itself is not affected.
The chemicals are stored at the company in question. The company headquarters is located near Federal Highway 378. Local firefighters are putting out the fire.
Traffic has already diverted between Richtbergstrasse and state road 3.
There are currently no dangers or nuisances for residents in the nearby residential area to the east. If there are still impairments, the police will again report and alert the residents.
The Müllheim police station has started an investigation into the cause of the fire.
