The cold has frozen much of the country

The east coast of the United States finds temperatures more in line with the winter averages, but in the south the thermometers still show -4 degrees Celsius on this Tuesday morning in the heart of Texas, in Dallas.
Pictures sometimes speak louder than numbers. Social networks show us a country transformed into a real freezer.
