Black mamba drug ‘epidemic’ in England. The addictive substance is reported to be a type of synthetic marijuana with more terrible side effects. “This is a very unpleasant situation and feels quite alarming and intimidating,” said the worker and local resident who did not want to be named.
This incident resulted in an increase in the crime rate in the city. According to data from the Crime Rate website, Wolverhampton is officially the most dangerous city in the West Midlands. It has a regional crime rate about 30 percent higher than the rest of the region and 54 percent higher than the rest of the country.
