The spokesperson for the Cooperativa La Cruz AzulJorge Hernández assured that the general president of the cement company, Guillermo Álvarez Cuevas, has not been detained.
In a telephone interview, Hernández assured that the businessman was in the office all morning, even leading several meetings.
“I spoke a while ago with the graduate Álvarez CuevasHe was in his office all morning and we don’t have any kind of notification about it, ”he said.
He said that the legal team reviews the information of Javier Tejado, spread by THE UNIVERSAL tonight, on the release of an arrest warrant against Guillermo Álvarez Cuevas, for the crimes of organized crime and operations with resources of illicit origin, by a judge of the State of Mexico.

The legal area, he added, reviews “what it obeys, what are the charges and obviously how they would face them”, if confirmed.
He reiterated that Álvarez Cuevas was in his office, led several meetings and spoke with him by phone.
