Contracts unchanged until April
Stop, even retroactively, to unilateral changes to energy supply contracts. this is one of the most important innovations of Aid decree bisthat prevents electricity and gas supply companies from unilaterally modifying the contractual conditions on the price, until 30 April 2023. The suspension also applies to notices already communicated to customers before the decree comes into force, as long as the price changes have not already taken place. This means that companies up to that date will not be able to apply increases.
