This is an advert for electric bikes from a Dutch manufacturer, VanMoof. It passed without problem in the Netherlands and Germany but, in France, the Professional Advertising Regulatory Authority refused it, considering it excessively anxiety-provoking.
In the reflections of the body of a car are reflected, among other things, pollution, traffic jams and even accidents.
If the link between car and pollution is undeniable, the Authority considers that it throws “discrediting the entire automotive sector by questioning it alone: plan of factories / chimneys and accident (overturned car / sirens) while creating an anxiety-provoking climate.“
We do not know what it is for Belgium.
