Parent Brigadier Joshua Hutabarat was a witness in Joshua’s murder trial with defendant Bharada Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu or Bharada E. Bharada And they appeared to shake hands and bow to Joshua’s parents.
This happened when the judge asked witnesses to enter the courtroom in Jalan Ampera Raya in southern Jakarta on Tuesday (10/25/2022). Eliezer entered the courtroom first.
Joshua’s father, Samuel Hutabarat; Joshua’s mother, Rosti Simanjuntak; and Joshua’s family attorney, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak; seen entering the courtroom. After Joshua’s father and mother sat on the stand, Eliezer, who was sitting in the defendant’s seat, approached Joshua’s parents.

The witness presented in this trial is a witness of the prosecutor. 12 witnesses will be presented.
As many as 12 witnesses are the family of the deceased Joshua. In addition to the family, Joshua’s attorney will be a witness.
