Real Madrid will finish the Spanish League at home to Real Betis. Madrid fans urged to bid farewell to Gareth Bale.
Madrid will face Betis at the Santiago Bernabeu, Saturday (21/5/2022) WIB. The match was at the same time Madrid’s farewell moment with the Welsh football star.
Bale is confirmed to leave after his contract, which expires at the end of June, was not renewed. During his eight seasons at the Whites, Bale has made over 250 appearances, contributing 106 goals and 67 assists in all competitions.
A total of 15 championship titles have been won Gareth Baleincluding three La Liga titles, one Copa del Rey and four Champions Leagues.
Bale’s career together The whites it’s not shiny along with the fitness problems that constantly plague it. Bale also reportedly does not have a strong bond with Madrid supporters.
Apart from the home game against Real Betis, Real Madrid still have the Champions League final in the remainder of the 2021/2022 season. However, it is not certain whether Gareth Bale will be played.
“It doesn’t matter if he plays or not,” said the coach Carlo Ancelotti from Eurosport. “What’s important is that Bale is part of the history of this club.”
“He will always be in the memories of Real Madrid fans. He has already written great nicks, we have to admit it,” he straightforwardly.
Gareth Bale alone only five times played for Real Madrid throughout this season. Bale last featured in April after playing 16 minutes in the 2-0 win over Getafe at the Bernabeu.
