Beautiful Desolation is a new 2D isometric post-apocalyptic adventure game that was released a few days ago. As with most PC games, it has been hacked and illegally downloaded by many people. Therefore, the developers issued a statement in order to appeal to all those who did this.
According to the team, the pirated version of the game has been downloaded 50,000 times since its release on Wednesday. However, at any time in the game there are more than 1000 players. This means that there is a ratio of 50 to 1 (not very accurate, but it can still give you an idea of the situation).
“If we had sales that matched this, then we would be the best-selling game on Steam this week,” the developers said.
