The episode of Big Brother on Monday 8 January opened with Beatrice Luzzi. Before the contestant returned to the house, however, the host Alfonso Signorini she wanted to clarify that returning to the game after her father’s death was not an easy decision for her:

So much so that I published a post on my profile and I had never done so in the past. I wrote: “The lack of empathy shown today by some GF competitors literally leaves me speechless“. Your reactions a few hours after the news were: “Can you put a comedy film in there? Where is the popcorn? The party doesn’t end“. Seeing Rosanna Fratello asking for respect from those who sang Negramaro songs disturbed me. It disturbed me to see people who were depressed a few days before pretending to make out with a mannequin. I’m not asking you to express a pain that you don’t feel. But even if one doesn’t get along, in the face of bereavement one must take a step back and have respect for what happened.
No disqualification on Big Brother
The host continued: “The next day it is right that life continues, that we celebrate, but there is respect, sensitivity in life. The lack of sensitivity really disappointed me. Respect is needed, if there are no principles in life you won’t get anywhere. The web has risen. I want a reflection to pass through you. I don’t want to judge anyone, but think about it. Being young does not mean not knowing respect, sensitivity and empathy”. And he concluded: “There are no disqualifications, as they wrote. The regulations were not violated“.
