Rieden am Forggensee / Füssen (dpa / lby) – A woman from Füssen who has been missing for days has been found unharmed in Rieden am Forggensee. The police said on Sunday why the 56-year-old had not reported to her relatives is the subject of the investigation. She was taken to a hospital to check her health.
The 56-year-old actually wanted to go swimming on the banks of the Lech in Füssen on Thursday morning. When she did not return that evening, her significant other alerted the police. The woman has already been searched for with helicopters, drones, a thermal imaging camera and several search dogs. Firefighters from the fire brigade, mountain and water rescue service were also on duty.
