Electronic Arts took to EA Play to reveal Battlefield Portal, a game mode developed by Ripple Effects Studios for Battlefield 2042. This will allow you to revive the Battelfields of the past for create your own battles.

The mode is community-driven and is expected to bring back to the forefront of maps, weapons and vehicles from previous Battlefield games. Are already mentioned Battlefield 1942, Bad Company 2 et Battlefield 3. The goal is to allow you to do absolutely what you want : if you want to break out of the Nazi as a modern American soldier, even futuristic, it is possible for example.
Ripple Effect Studios a fully recreate maps and assets that will be used for this mode. We already know that will be there El Alamein, Caspian border, Battle of the Bulge and Canals of Noshahr.
The mode will be available from the launch of the game, next October 22 on PC, PS4 / 5, XB1 and Xbox Series.
