Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle-earth gets a fan remake.

Two years ago it was announced that a fan-created Remake to Fight for middle earth takes place. The cult classic from the Lord of the Rings Universe was first released in 2003, but the Fans wanted a return to real-time strategy game. After many years of waiting, there is finally an update for the Remakes gives.

Fight for middle earth is often considered one of the best Lord of the Rings Games of all time. The Real time strategy game had great visual style and combined proven gameplay with Lord of the Rings elements. Additionally, the depth of combat and innovation helped make the game more than just a movie title.

A massive gameplay reveal was posted on YouTube that spooked the Fans revisions made. The game is made in Unreal Engine 4 which is free to all developers and will certainly be helpful for a small team working on one of Fans created project works. It looks pretty stunning considering it’s made by Fans edited is created. The 2004 game looked great for its time and this is a nice replica of it.

The new video for the Fans created Remake deals extensively with gameplay, development, and more. Details of how the units move, how the team problem solved and created various aspects of the game, and certain gameplay elements are part of the eighteen minute video. One cool feature is the ability to put the camera in third-party perspective for cinematic and exploration purposes, although it is by no means intended as a third-party action game. There have been some impressive fan games over the years, and this one has the potential to join them.

No official remake of the Lord of the Rings game in sight

What the original Fight for middle earth As for it, it doesn’t look like the show is coming back anytime soon. EA once owned the Lord of the Rings License and made two real-time strategy games. Having currently owned the Star Wars series, you won’t have much interest in Lord of the Rings.

Legal and licensing hurdles can often bring projects to a standstill, like the one recently closed Goldeneye-Remake. The hope would be that this project can and will continue Fans from Lord of the rings and the old real-time strategy game from 2003.

Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle-earth is available for the PC. More to Lord of the rings Amazon will deliver at some point. A massive TV series is currently in the works.
