On the night of Friday to Saturday, two more NBA warm-up games took place. The Oklahoma City Thunder took over the Boston Celtics (84-98), while the Toronto Raptors did the same against the Houston Rockets (94-83).

Toronto was perfectly able to negotiate its takeover. Indeed, on the night of Friday to Saturday, the Raptors, reigning NBA champions, defeated the Houston Rockets (94-83). A match that is certainly part of one of the most successful, since the start of the preparation, knowing that all franchises have now played at least once. From the outset, Pascal Siakam or even Russell Westbrook stood out. Subsequently, however, the latter was more discreet. Other players have also been successful, like Serge Ibaka, or even Kyle Lowry. A final victory from which Nick Nurse, the coach of the Raptors, who celebrated his 52 years there. With the Rockets, James Harden was obviously present and he finally delivered his usual score. In about twenty minutes of play, the player simply signed a double-double, with a total of 24 points and 10 assists.

Roberson, two and a half years later

In the other meeting of the night, the Oklahoma City Thunder took over the Boston Celtics (98-84). A match that demonstrated the current good disposition of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who finished with a record of 17 points, 7 rebounds but also an assist. The only player to have signed a double-double is on the Boston side. This is Enes Kanter, with 11 points and 10 rebounds. This evening saw the return of a certain Andre Roberson, on the side of the Thunder, two and a half years after his last game on an NBA floor. On January 27, 2018, against the Pistons, he had torn a patellar tendon. As for the Celtics, Brad Stevens has decided to rotate so that a maximum of players can play. Everyone had this chance, except two men, namely Tacko Fall but also the French Vincent Poirier. If the preparation will continue for all 22 franchises present on the Orlando side, the NBA season, for its part, is announced on the return from July 30.
