(CercleFinance.com) – Bank of America Corporation declared that it crossed upwards, indirectly through the companies it controls, on July 1, 2022, the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Atos SE and hold on that date 8,603,621 Atos SE shares representing as many voting rights, i.e. 7.77% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
This crossing of thresholds results from an acquisition of Atos SE shares on the market and an increase in the number of Atos SE shares held by assimilation (conclusion of share lending, options and swap contracts paid in cash).
