Finance Director PT Mandiri Bank (Persero) Tbk Sigit Prastowo bought up 191,300 shares coded BMRI at a price of IDR 5,650 per share. In this way, the total transactions from the purchasing action reached IDR 1,080 billion.
The action to buy BMRI shares was carried out on October 31 2023 with the aim of investment and direct share ownership status. Now, Sigit holds 6,305,100 BMRI shares with a percentage of 0.0067555%, from previously 6,113,800 shares or 0.0065505%.
“I, the undersigned, Sigit Prastowo reports that I have purchased shares in the public company PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk,” wrote the announcement in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) information disclosure, Thursday (2/11/2023).
Recently Mandiri Bank announced that it had successfully recorded a net profit of IDR 39.1 trillion in the third quarter of 2023. This gain rose 27.4% compared to the same period last year thanks to asset growth along with an increase in the credit portfolio.
Bank Mandiri corporate credit is the largest contributor to the company’s credit portfolio, with realization reaching IDR 449 trillion and growing 9.55% (yoy). This credit growth is in line with the company’s increasingly solid financial performance.
Total consolidated assets reached IDR 2,007 trillion as of September 2023 or grew 9.11% compared to the same period last year. The increase in total assets was also driven by the growth rate of credit and third party funds (DPK) which were able to grow positively.
Mandiri Bank succeeded in disbursing consolidated credit of IDR 1,315.92 trillion in September 2023 from the previous year’s position of IDR 1,167.51 trillion, or growth of 12.71% (yoy).

Especially by encouraging prospective sectors in each region,” said Bank Mandiri President Director Darmawan Junaidi in a press conference, Monday (30 /10).
