Seeing the bad impact given from the prolonged use of chemical fertilizers can be overcome by the use of organic fertilizers. The application of organic fertilizers provides various benefits such as increasing soil organic C, and can improve soil physical, chemical, and biological properties such as soil structure, water binding capacity, and soil cations. Organic fertilizer can be used as an alternative to sustainable agriculture, especially in paddy fields because it does not pose a danger to the environment and living things because of its natural nature. According to Lasmini et al (2019), the quality and availability of adequate organic fertilizers can be used as the first step in efforts to realize sustainable agricultural development.
