In the future, drivers will have to put on a mask when another person is in the car. This is what Baden-Württemberg’s Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann announces:
Tightened in the fight against the corona crisis Baden-Württemberg the mask requirement for drivers. How HEIDELBERG24* reports, Prime Minister Winfried Kretschmann will announce new rules for the country on Wednesday (March 24th). Among other things, he says: “Anyone who drives in a private car must wear a medical mask, provided that the person does not belong to the driver’s household.” The rule is from a certain incidence or always applies is still unclear.
A mask must not cover the driver’s face, otherwise a penalty threatens. It should also not be hung on the rearview mirror, as this obscures the view.
