Arman Babikyan and Nikolay Hadjigenov were detained and taken to the First District Office in Sofia.
The reason – red paint, which they poured in protest and as a symbol of bloodshed in Ukraine.
They named an alley and a garden next to the Russian Embassy “Heroes of Ukraine” and “Boris Nemtsov”
Police and gendarmerie are currently present at the scene.
