Eligible guarantees:
• Housing Credit Guarantee
• CAV AXA (France or Luxembourg) or CAPI AXA (France or Luxembourg)
2. The Classic Patrimonial Credit offer
⇒ A tailor-made offer for financing from € 300,000.
Type of SCPI that can be financed: All SCPI.
Duration:
• Depreciable: from 6 months to 20 years.
• In fine: from 6 months to 15 years.
Rate:
Fixed and / or variable rate.
Eligible guarantees:
• Housing Credit Guarantee.
• CAV AXA (France or Luxembourg) or CAPI AXA (France or Luxembourg).
• Misplaced mortgage possible.
