The award of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Union of Women, President of the Supreme Council for Maternity and Childhood, Supreme President of the Mother of the Nation Family Development Foundation, for women’s sports to her sixth edition, is the culmination of the achievements of Emirati women and Arab women in the field of sport, and to motivate them to practice sports of all kinds and colors, to add to our sporting achievements and to support the “Emirati Sports”, which we hope more in the next phase, especially as it enjoys the support and care of our wise leadership, and culminates in the support of His Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Union of Women, President of the Supreme Council for Maternity and Childhood, and Supreme President of the Emirati Mother Family Development Foundation ”for Emirati and Arab women in various fields.
Congratulations to the Abu Dhabi Sports Council led by His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation and President of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, for its support for women sports , believing in its social role in promoting women’s sports and realizing the “Mother of the Nation” vision of supporting and assisting women in achieving their ambitions to keep up with the sporting renaissance witnessed by the country in various sports.
We congratulate the Emirati winners: Shamma Al Kalbani as the best female athlete, and the Emirates International Endurance Village, and we congratulate the Tunisian Anas Jaber for winning the Sports Personality of the Year award at the Arab world level, and for Egypt for winning four awards in four categories: Best Arab Athlete, Best Emerging Athlete, Best Paralympic Athlete and Best Team, from Jordan and Morocco, won the Best Coach Award, Best Female Development Program and the best journalist.
