It is despondent that cars that are now being sold are previously produced and equipped with almost all the necessary options. Over the past week, AvtoVAZ produced more than 3 thousand cars without airbags.
Since December 11, 2023, AvtoVAZ began producing Vesta cars without airbags due to a shortage of components. This temporary solution is necessary to eliminate the downtime of the conveyor and not create an accumulation of shortages on the territory of the plant. The installation of this option on Lada cars will continue in 2024.
Before this, it became known that AvtoVAZ could not reach full production capacity of Lada Vesta cars at the plant in Togliatti due to a shortage of components.
