On the occasion of the thematic and playful meetings organized by the museum, the storyteller Laurette Estève of the Compagnie de la Lune d’Ambre, came to the museum to tell the Dream of Aluuna on Saturday July 23. In front of about twenty people including several children, dressed and shod in animal skins and nicely made up, installed in front of a tepee also in skins, she told the story of the oldest woman of a clan of homos sapiens, like her mother and grandmother had been there before her, healer of her tribe. This tale is a trip to the Aurignacian period of the Chauvet cave when Sapiens progressed on the still frozen lands to the north of the Mediterranean, at the mercy of animals. While telling her story, with many rustles and other cries, she involved the spectators, intimidated and amused by her performance, but who played the game, embarked in another world for a few moments.
