JAKARTA, KOMPAS TV – The defendant in the prosecutor’s bribery case Pinangki Sirna Malasari was said to have received special treatment while in detention.
As known, Pinangki prosecutor held on Salemba Prison branch attorney General’s Office RI, South Jakarta.
As for the special treatment obtained Attorney Pinangki while in the remand center delivered by members of Commission III DPR RI Arteria Dahlan.

This can be seen in a recording during a hearing with the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia ST Burhanuddin on Thursday (24/9/2020).
According to Arteria, while in detention at the Prosecutor Pinangki it was suspected that he could exercise at will.
In addition, Prosecutor Pinangki allegedly committed arbitrary acts against other detainees when he was about to exercise.
