Attorney General’s Office (AGO) continue to investigate the suspected cases PT ASABRI’s corruption. The AGO has now confiscated 8 golf courses that are suspected of belonging to a suspect in a corruption case PT ASABRI Heru Hidayat.
Kapuspenkum Kejagung Leonard Simanjuntak said investigators confiscated assets belonging to suspect Heru Hidayat, namely 8 plots of land with an area of approximately 166,943 m2 located in Keciput Village and Mentigi Village, Belitung Regency. 8 of the land is a golf course.
“The confiscation of 8 plots of land in Belitung Regency, which is a golf course, has obtained a confiscation permit from the Deputy Head of the Tanjungpandan District Court, which basically gave permission to investigators from the Attorney General’s Office to confiscate the 8 plots of land,” Leonard said in his statement, Tuesday. The confiscation was determined by the Deputy Chairperson of the Tanjungpandan District Court Number 92 / Pen.Pid / 2021 / PN Tdn dated 10 May 2021. As for the assets belonging to or related to the suspect Heru Hidayat that were confiscated were:
1. 1 plot of land according to the Building Use Certificate (HGB) No.00030/Desa Keciput with an area of 16,813 m2 located in Desa Keciput with the right holder An. PT Seribu Pulau Tropika.
2. 1 plot of land in accordance with the Building Use Rights Certificate (HGB) No.00002 / Mentigi Village covering an area of 20,000 m2 located in Mentigi Village with the right holder An. PT Membalong Pantai Lestari.
3.1 plot of land according to Building Use Rights Certificate (HGB) No.00003 / Mentigi Village covering an area of 20,000 m2 located in Mentigi Village with the right holder An. PT Membalong Pantai Lestari.
4. 1 parcel of land in accordance with the Building Use Rights Certificate (HGB) No.00004 / Mentigi Village covering an area of 30,130 m2 located in Mentigi Village with the right holder An. Tan Drama.
5. 1 plot of land in accordance with the Building Use Rights Certificate (HGB) No.00005 / Mentigi Village covering an area of 20,000 m2 located in Mentigi Village with the right holder An. PT Membalong Pantai Lestari.
6. 1 plot of land in accordance with the Building Use Rights Certificate (HGB) No.00006 / Mentigi Village covering an area of 20,000 m2 located in Mentigi Village with the right holder An. Tan Drama.
7. 1 plot of land in accordance with the Building Use Rights Certificate (HGB) No.00007 / Mentigi Village covering an area of 20,000 m2 located in Mentigi Village with the right holder An. Tan Drama.
8. 1 plot of land in accordance with the Building Use Rights Certificate (HGB) No.00008 / Mentigi Village covering an area of 20,000 m2 located in Mentigi Village with the right holder An. PT Membalong Pantai Lestari.
Furthermore, for the confiscated assets, the investigator will carry out an appraisal or assessment by the Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP) to be calculated as a rescue for state financial losses in the next process.
Previously, AGO investigators confiscated a number of assets related to the PT ASABRI corruption case, from land, ships, hotels, to malls. The AGO had previously confiscated land area of 2,972,066 m2 or 297.2 hectares belonging to Benny Tjokro in NTB.
“This time, the confiscation of assets belonging to the suspect who was successfully seized in the case, namely the assets belonging to and or related to the BTS suspect in the form of 151 land plots with an area of approximately 2,972,066 M2 located in Sepayung Village, Plampang District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. , “said Kapuspenkum AGO Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak, Friday (21/5).
