CelebritiesThe team of Britney Spears (39) has found a replacement for Jamie Spears (69), who is still appointed as administrator for the time being. However, Jamie does not agree with the choice of his replacement and that has caused him a lot of comment from lawyer Mathew Rosengart.

Britney Spears’ team chose a John Zabel to replace Jamie Spears as manager. “He is a highly regarded, nationally recognized, award-winning CPA (sworn public accountant, ed.) with an impeccable track record in positions of trust,” said Mathew Rosengart, the singer’s lawyer.

But Jamie Spears isn’t happy with his replacement. “It seems that Mr. Zabel is not really fit for the $60 million or so (51 million euros, ed.) of Britney Spears, as he himself was scammed and lost more than $1 million of his own money in a fraudulent real estate investment project,” Spears sneered, among other things.

Rosengart doesn’t let that just say that. “Zabel’s achievements are in stark contrast to those of Mr. Spears, allegedly an alcoholic and gambling addict who has no financial background or experience in financial matters. Who has previously filed for bankruptcy and has been subject to a restraining order for domestic violence.” Jamie received the latter after a violent collision with Britney’s son Sean Preston.

According to Rosengart, Jamie’s objections are simply an attempt not to get suspended himself. “He wants to avoid justice and not be held accountable. He knows that he has to hand over his administration documents when he is suspended,” it sounds. “He’s very concerned — and he should be.”
