After their triumph last Sunday, January 17, the Athletic Club players continue to celebrate. Multiple members of the team got together to perform a special AC / DC cover. Thus, they celebrated to the rhythm of ‘Highway to Hell’.
Last Sunday, Athletic Club surprised after beating Barcelona 3 – 2. They thus managed to win the Spanish Super Cup, despite the predictions and bets against them. This, thanks to the goals of Óscar de Marcos, Asier Villalibre and Iñaki Williams.
Now, six Bilbao players have published a special way to celebrate their triumph. It’s about the athletes Dani García, Óscar de Marcos, Mikel Vesga, Mikel Balenziaga, Iñigo Lekue and Asier Villalibre, who played from the hotel in Seville.
It’s about the Athletic Club’s own version of the band’s classic, ‘Highway to Hell’. García played the drums, Marcos Vesga and Balenziaga played the guitar, Lekue played the bass and Villalibre was in charge of the vocals of the song.
In the video, they can be seen as a true AC / DC tribute band. The Twitter clip already exceeds 50 thousand reproductions, with more than 500 likes. Also, you can hear a small audience, probably people from the hotel.
