Atalanta can be a stumbling block to Liverpool of group phase Champions League. La Dea is aiming for full points when they meet on the upcoming third matchday.
Liverpool are still running smoothly in Group D of the Champions League this season. After beating Ajax 1-0, the Reds recently overthrew Midtjylland 2-0.
Juergen Klopp’s team leads the standings with six points without conceding. In second place is Atalanta with four points, Ajax in third with one point and at the bottom of the standings without points.

Matchday three will not be easy for Liverpool. Atalanta, who managed to crush Midtjylland 0-4 and matched Ajax 2-2 after trailing by two goals, wanted to grab important points from the Reds.
It can be said that Atalanta’s ambition is not impossible. The Italian club will host the meeting on Wednesday (4/11/2020) in the morning WIB.
“Liverpool are top of the group, but we want to make our game and get important points, especially we will play at home,” said midfielder, Remo Freuler, quoted by Football Italia.
Atalanta at the Champions League event last season was impressive. As a debutant team, Gian Piero Gasperini’s team was able to advance to the quarter-finals.
Atalanta’s move was stopped after falling 1-2 from Paris Saint-Germain. Two PSG goals were created in injury time.
