At what time and where will La Vuelta pass? | Radio Cartagena

The Campo de Cartagena region will be able to enjoy this Saturday the passage of La Vuelta a España, the largest cycling event in our country. It will be the eighth stage, which will have less than 174 kilometers long, of which most will be between the municipalities of San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier, Los Alcázares, Torre Pacheco and Cartagena.

The peloton will leave Santa Pola at 13:30, later passing through La Marina, Guardamar del Segura, Torrevieja and Punta Prima, in the province of Alicante. In the Region, the first point you will pass through will be San Pedro del Pinatar, where the caravan is scheduled to start at 1:23 pm and the cyclists will arrive at 2:40 pm. Three minutes later they will pass through Santiago de la Ribera and at 2:49 pm through San Javier. Starting at 2:56 p.m., the first cyclists will pass through Los Narejos, one minute before Los Alcázares.

From the Alcazareño municipality, they will separate from the shore of the Mar Menor, setting up Torre Pacheco, where they will arrive from 15:09. From there, they will visit various councils of Cartagena such as La Palma (starting at 3:18 p.m., depending on the speed of the peloton), Pozo Estrecho (3:23 p.m.), Las Casas (3:29 p.m.), El Albujón (15:30), La Aljorra (15:35), Molino Deribado (15:40), La Guía (15:41) and Los Dolores (15:47).

From Los Dolores they will enter the center of Cartagena, where a discounted sprint of about seven kilometers will take place. The arrival to the Cartagena urban center will take place around 3:50 p.m. Later it will pass through Vistalegre (15:58), Los Partidarios (16:03), Portmán (16:14), Los Nietos (16:30), Estrella de Mar (16:36), Los Urrutias (16:38), El Algar (4:45 p.m.), El Beal (4:49 p.m.), El Llano del Beal (4:51 p.m.), El Estrecho de San Ginés (4:52 p.m.) and La Manga del Mar Menor, where they will arrive from 5:00 p.m. : 07, although the caravan will arrive around 16; 12.
