At the meeting of the Riga City Council, sharp discussions about the reconstruction of the intersection of Lielirbe and Ulmaņa gatve

The possibility to go from Lielirbes Street to Mārupi without going through the airport overpass is considered an advantage, but from Mārupe it will be possible to go to Lielirbes Street without using Upesgrivas Street and the turning point.

From Mārupe, you will be able to exit to Lielirbe Street, and after turning right twice, you will be able to exit to Ulmani Street to go to Jurmala. Thus, Upesgrivas street and the turning point will be relieved.

If necessary, the mode of the traffic lights at the intersection will be adjusted by changing the phase lengths.

LETA already reported that “Luminor Bank” granted a loan of 21.8 million euros to SIA “Depo DIY” for the construction of a new “Depo” store in Riga, in Kārļas Ulmaņas gatve, LETA was informed by the bank’s representatives.

Currently, there are nine “Depo” stores operating in Latvia, six in Lithuania, and one “Depo” store in Estonia.

According to “Firmas.lv” information, in 2022 “Depo DIY” worked with a turnover of 336.2 million euros and a profit of 16.65 million euros.

“Depo DIY” was registered in 2004. The share capital of the company is EUR 7,501,006.

The sole owner of “Depot” is SIA “DMT Pluss”. According to “Firmas.lv” information, the largest owner of “DMT Pluss” is Andris Kozlovskis (25.19%), 19.94% of the capital belongs to Vera Marinkėviča, Arti Kozlovski and Vineta Atvara, while 15% belongs to SIA “Ausekļa ielas nams” .

On the other hand, SIA “Kārļa būmani” was registered in 2017. The share capital of the company is 5.5 million euros. In 2022, the company worked without turnover and with a loss of 33,510 euros.

“Kārļa būmani” belongs to SIA “New Bumani Invest”, which belongs to the already mentioned SIA “DMT Pluss”.
