Job description

Position in the organization chart:
– Office: general secretary
– Reporting line: under the authority of the Deputy Secretary General (Construction and Security)

Purpose of the position:
It deals with the maintenance of buildings, the monitoring of the multi-technical maintenance and maintenance market, the coordination of company interventions on the site, the prevention of health and safety, the environment and accessibility for the disabled.
Collaboration with the assistant of the technical manager, in charge and of the events.

Main missions:
The assistant to the technical manager, responsible for the building, is responsible in particular for the following activities:

* Support multi maintenance and technical assistance market application:
– Control of fixed maintenance services and building maintenance (quality control, on CMMS software, etc.)
– Make requests on the order by the market
– Ensure the enforcement of regulatory controls in terms of labor code for equipment and installations,

* Coordinate the interventions of external companies:
– To support the service manager, check the work operations, in particular the partial renovation of the museum, in conjunction with the Technical Services Department and the Public Building and Architecture Department
– Develop prevention plans with companies
– Receive the services provided and ensure the smooth running of the works.

* Make sure the building is kept clean and hygienic
– Check the cleaning services
– To ensure relations with the municipal offices for the maintenance of the building and its surroundings (DPE, DEVE, DVD, etc.).
– Ensure control of climatic curves (T °, HR) in conjunction with the maintenance technician
