A 48-year-old man in Aspropyrgos was arrested, on the basis of a relevant warrant, after intensive searches by police officers of the Sub-Directorate for the Protection of Minors of the Attica Security, for sexual acts with a minor, pornography of minors and attracting children for sexual reasons.
A case file was also filed against the 48-year-old for violation of the legislation on weapons and drugs, as after searches of his home, as well as in his possession, a number of digital evidence, a cigarette with Indian hemp, a pistol, a revolver and a number of cartridges were found and confiscated.
According to ERT, a case file was filed against the arrested person by the Protection of Minors, following a complaint by the parents of a 15-year-old girl, as it emerged from the investigation, from February to June 2023, having developed online communication with the minor, through messages and video calls, he urged her to send him nude photos of herself and engage in acts of a sexual nature, while he himself performed similar acts in front of her.
In fact, from May to June 2023, there were at least five live encounters with him in his car, outside her home and her school, where the defendant repeatedly performed sexual acts against her.
