BOLASPORT.COM – Here is a recap of the results of the teams from Southeast Asia (ASEAN) who competed in the 2023 Asian Cup Qualifiers, Wednesday (8/6/2022).
A total of 7 Southeast Asian representatives competed in the 2023 Asian Cup Qualifiers.
Of the seven representatives, only 3 teams won namely Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Malaysia 3-1 win over Turkmenistan in Group E.
Competing at Bukit Jalil Stadium, Kim Pan-gon’s children managed to open the scoring through Safawi Rasid in the 11th minute.
Not long after, in the 16th minute Malaysia doubled the goal through Faisal Halim.
Malaysia conceded in the 37th minute through Turkmen striker, A. Annadurdyev.
In the 45th minute+2 left-back MalaysiaL.Corbin-Ong made it 3-1 for the Malayan Tigers.
