Geywitz announces funding program for student housing
Federal Building Minister Klara Geywitz (SPD) wants to create more living space for students and trainees with a large-scale support program. “It will be a three-digit million amount, so that something arrives in the federal states,” Geywitz told the journal of the German Student Union (DSW). The program should start at the beginning of next year, and the federal government will provide the money for it.
