JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Rosan Perkasa Roeslani’s tenure as General Chair of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) which is about to end will open up the election for Kadin Ketum
The election for the Kadin Ketum will be held at the Kadin National Conference in May or June 2021.
Arsjad Rasjid, who is currently Deputy Chairperson of Kadin, has declared himself as a candidate for Kadin General Chairperson from 2021 to 2026. Arsjad will build a more inclusive and collaborative Kadin. Arsjad Rasjid declared his candidacy at the City Forest, Plataran, Senayan, Jakarta, Friday (26/3/2021).
In this declaration, Arsjad, who is also the President Director of Indika Energy, emphasized his commitment to help the business world and support the government in economic recovery.
According to Arsjad, currently Kadin needs to continue to push for equal distribution of economic stimulus and program development to areas in need.
Arsjad Rasjid explained four programs in advancing the economy through the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. First, health issues, national and regional economic recovery, entrepreneurship and internal organizational improvement.
