Arsenal Complete Odegaard and Aouar Transfers Simultaneously?

Arsenal are chasing time to strengthen the team this summer. Martin Odegaard and Houssem Aouar potential to come to the Emirates Stadium in the near future.

In the second half of last season played for Arsenal on loan from Real Madrid. Cannon London then had to return the midfielder because he did not have a purchase option.

Odegaard hopes to compete in Madrid after Carlo Ancelotti has coached Los Blancos for the second time. In fact, the Norwegian man has never been registered by Madrid for this season’s LaLiga competition.

Arsenal then solidify the intention to bring back Martin Odegaard. Madrid, who really needed money to overcome the financial crisis, finally melted with Arsenal’s offer in the range of 30 million pounds.

Arsenal will give Odegaard a five-year contract and want to complete the transfer as soon as possible. That’s because Arsenal want to register him in the Premier League squad on Friday (20/8/2021) local time.

The hunt for players doesn’t stop at Odegaard. Arsenal still aiming Aouar from Lyon, who can play as a midfielder and left winger.

Lyon are reported to have been willing to let Aouar go, especially after the club was massacred by Angers 0-3 in Ligue 1. This increased the chances of London Cannon landing Aouar to North London.

Mikel Arteta happened to have been desperate to bring Aouar since last season. Aouar in the end decided to stay because he had the belief that he could still give Lyon a lot.

The Sun reported that Lyon were willing to lower prices to pave the way for Aouar. Lyon are said to be willing to accept 17 million pounds from the Gunners, who last season pegged 53 million pounds.

If an agreement is reached, Aouar could arrive at Arsenal in a time not much different from Odegaard. In addition to wanting to register the squad as soon as possible, the transfer market will also close at the end of August.

Midfielder Arsenal So far it’s been less crowded after only Granit Xhaka and Thomas Partey to rely on. Partey then suffered an ankle injury before the league started and that meant Arsenal had to add to their stock in the sector.
