Arrests again in sixth week of Belarus demonstrations

Police in Belarus have again arrested people participating in a demonstration in the capital Minsk. According to the Russian news agency TASS, at least ten people are in prison.

Hundreds of police and military are trying to thwart the protest by closing off squares. Some of the protesters are on the way to the house from President Lukashenko.

It is the sixth consecutive Sunday that Belarusians take to the streets across the country to demonstrate against Lukashenko, who many say committed widespread fraud in elections last month.
