The Hamburg police went to the Ohlendiekshöhe street on Saturday evening: father and son were supposed to be arguing in an apartment building – there was talk of using a knife.
Several police patrol cars stopped at the house at around 10:15 p.m. and shortly afterwards took a 22-year-old to the guard.
Arrest in Hamburg: son is said to have threatened father with a knife
The young man in handcuffs is said to have argued with his father about money, as a police spokesman for the MOPO confirmed. “The amount involved is still unclear.”
According to initial findings, the son is said to have threatened his father with a knife, but not attacked. “Neither the 55-year-old nor the 22-year-old had injuries.”
