Arqus – Take part in the Research Focus Forum “Smart Materials and Surface Science” in Granada!

From September 28 to 30, the University of Granada will host the Arqus Research Focus Forum “Smart Materials and Surface Science”. Alliance researchers, professors and post-doctoral students are invited to participate in this event. This aims to enable participants to share their knowledge, their experience and the projects developed on these themes, to show their installations, to present their research groups but also to explore future collaborations.

The organizing team of the Research Focus Forum is made up of different researchers from the University of Granada who have designed a 3-day program that includes:

  • Scientific plenary sessions with the presentation of different research groups and their ongoing activities related to smart materials and surface science.
  • Plenary sessions during which Early Career Researchers (ESR) will have the opportunity to present their research project to a panel of experts in this field.
  • Networking activities.
  • Visits to research facilities at the University of Granada.
  • Awareness-raising event during the European Researchers’ Night organized by the University of Granada, as well as social and cultural activities.
