Düsseldorf, November 23, 2020 – ARQIS took care of the Series B financing round of Neodigital Versicherung AG on the part of the company and the old investors. The previous investors are SchneiderGolling & Cie. Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, coparion GmbH & Co. KG, Deutsche Rückversicherung and ALSTIN Capital, the independent venture capital fund run by Carsten Maschmeyer and his partners. You have all increased your investment.
With Elevat3, Neodigital Versicherung was able to win another well-known investor as a lead investor for the financing round. Christian Angermayer’s new growth fund, Thomas Hanke and Dr. Marlon Brewer invests tens of millions in the digital insurance company as part of a capital increase. The Series B round was supported by the IEG – Investment Banking Group.
As the first fully digitized insurance company with a BaFin license in Germany, Neodigital offers insurance solutions such as personal liability, household contents, bicycle, mobile phone and pet owner liability insurance. So far, Neodigital has been able to win 175,000 customers with its fully automated corporate concept and is currently growing with around 16,000 new customers per month.
