With a speech about ‘gender ideology’, a council member of the Forum for Democracy in Arnhem aroused so much anger on Wednesday evening that the factions of D66, GroenLinks and the Party for the Animals simultaneously left the council chamber during a debate. A single councilor even stood in the hallway crying after his words.
