Many unsuccessful years in the stock market and a radical change in thinking were the foundations on which one of Sweden’s best-known investors, Arne Talving, managed to create a strategy that allowed him to increase his portfolio many times between 2009 and 2021.

“Many find it hard to believe that such a high stable return compared to the average can actually be real,” says Talving himself, who does not deny that he has repeatedly heard the claim that he is a fraud because such a return is not possible.
“It’s definitely possible to grow the portfolio by more than 30% a year,” Talving says. “It all depends on the strategy, and the more important factor is the consistency of the implementation of that strategy.”
