The Mitsubishi New Xpander Cross was launched by PT Mitsubishi Motor Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show or GIIAS 2022. The best-selling SUV received a number of updates, including features and technology.
New Xpander Cross itself with the tagline ‘rise to your life’s adventure’. President Director or President Director of PT MMKSI, Naoya Nakamura hopes, the car can become a ‘new friend’ for those who like adventure.

In appearance, the New Xpander Cross still carries the Mitsubishi Dynamic Shield concept. However, there are a number of updates on the T-shape headlamp, bumper design, rims, LED foglamps, grille, and enhanced wheel arc molding.
Not only that, Mitsubishi also equipped the New Xpander Cross with various new features, such as micron air filtration that can maintain air quality in the cabin, an enhanced LCD cluster design, and active yaw control (AYC).

AYC functions to optimize vehicle stability when maneuvering around corners. AYC minimizes the occurrence of understeer and allows the vehicle to follow the deepest lines in corners.
“The New Xpander Cross which comes with significant changes and additional features is expected to be an upgrade value,” said MMKSI Marketing Director, Irwan Kuncoro on the same occasion.
The New Xpander Cross is sold through two different variants, namely the MT for IDR 309.9 million and the CVT Premium Package for IDR 335.7 million. Both are on the road in Jakarta.
