Argentina extends movement restrictions

The government of Argentina has extended restrictions on the general movement to stop the spread of the new Corona virus.
Argentine President Alberto Fernandez said at a press conference on Friday that “the wide-ranging measures will continue until April 26.”

The Argentine government imposed these measures on March 20.

According to the imposed procedures, citizens are not allowed to leave their homes, except in the case of going to food stores and pharmacies, and those who work in certain jobs are allowed to go to their jobs.

Argentina recorded 1975 cases of the emerging coronavirus, and 82 deaths.
