The viewers of Temptation Island did not have a good word for Arda, who cheated on his girlfriend several times during the program. ”For a while it seemed as if the whole of Flanders and the Netherlands hated me. Personally, I have never heard a bad word, but through social media … There it rained accusations,” says the reality star.
He also did not expect that his participation would have such an impact on his life. ”Since our participation, I have been particularly shocked by the fame that comes with such a TV program. That Amber and I were recognized in the beginning: I had seen that coming, but even now – even on holiday – we are addressed about Temptation Island.”

Arda and Amber did not participate as a couple Temptation Island. Arda initially participated with his then-girlfriend Elke, but unfortunately their relationship ended after a slip in the program.
In the end, he fell head over heels for Amber, who could be seen as a temptress in the program. The two soon decided to live together and there is now even a Temptation-baby. Last year Amber gave birth to a boy.
