Archive pearl resolution: place of education – Fürth

The local history association was called “Alt-Fürth” until it was renamed “Historical Association Fürth” in 1996. A photo series stored in the city archives in Burgfarrnbach Castle shows not only the Herzogenaurach church square – we presented it in the penultimate “Archive Pearls” issue – but also this picturesque, lushly vine-covered building. But there is no castle with an onion dome anywhere in the greater Fürth area.
