Arab countries protest at the United Nations over the burning of the Holy Quran

(Web Desk) In the meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, Arab countries have protested against the desecration of the Holy Quran in Europe.

According to the details, the Arab countries protested at the meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council and said that international organizations refrained from condemning the incidents of burning the Holy Quran. Dr. Hind Abdul Rahman Al Muftah, permanent delegate to the United Nations, said that the attitude of the international organization on the unholy incidents of burning the holy book of Muslims, the Quran, is very disappointing and it is deeply concerned.

The Arab countries called on the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to address such incidents as well as urge the countries in which such incidents took place to fulfill their responsibilities. Stressed that all such countries, including Sweden, where religion is targeted in the name of freedom of expression, should ensure the observance of fundamental rights to religious respect.

It should be remembered that the leader of the right-wing extremist organization in Sweden, Rasmus Ploden, desecrated the Qur’an more than once and burned the Qur’an in public.
