Apple is investigating AirPods that record your temperature

It goes according to The Wall Street Journal for functions that are not yet in use for the time being. Earlier this year, Apple announced a ‘Conversation Boost’ feature to help people with ‘mild hearing problems’. Conversation Boost filters out ambient noise and amplifies voices.

According to WSJ, Apple also has plans to help people with hearing problems, but that might still revolve around Conversation Boost. In addition, the tech company would look at a way to check whether someone has good physical posture.

Other than that, not many details are known. The features fit in with Apple’s strategy to focus more on devices that can monitor your health.

Health Features Watch

For example, the WSJ reported in September that Apple Watch wants to provide a thermometer function for fertility planning and a blood pressure monitor. So far, Apple has not confirmed these rumors.

The Watch can measure all your oxygen, monitor your heart rate and check your fitness. The smart watch is also equipped with a mechanism to check if you have fallen and can no longer get up.
